When you change the place where you install a centrifuge, you should make adjustment of the centrifuge and make it in the horizontal line again. If not, there might be an imbalance problem happens. You can put in a rotor in right way, when put a gradienter on the rotor, and then make the adjustment till the gradienter indicate that the centrifuge rotor is in the horizontal line.
